I trained at White Lotus Pune, a prestigious baking institute known for its advanced techniques and industry-leading practices to refine my craft and gain specialized skills. Here, I learned the finer details of baking—everything from perfecting textures to mastering intricate cake designs. This training laid the foundation for delivering high-quality baked goods that not only look stunning but taste divine.

To further establish credibility and expertise in the field, I earned certifications from celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor and became FSSAI-certified, ensuring that Cake O’Clock adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and quality. These certifications reinforced my commitment to providing customers with premium, safe, and delicious cakes.
